My first mini launch party

I thought I'd just share some pictures from my open home launch the other night plus share the great news that the Butterfly Punch is still available for purchase as it is carrying over/on.

If you click HERE you can see all the products from the Spring & Summer Minis that are carrying over.

And we had to have a prize - all attendees on this night (& my 2nd one) as well as receiving free shipping on orders over $50 are going in the draw to win a 6x6" pack of the new DSPs & matching grosgrain ribbon plus some A5 in-colour card stock.

We also drew the winner of my recruit basket for anyone that joined the WOW paperKRafters during Sale-A-Bration. In the end they had a 1/8 chance of winning - 2 of them were present at the draw to verify it was unbiased & fair. So the lucky winner for this one was Kathryn Stirling (who now has as well as all the fabulous goodies in her starter kit; a Hand Drawn Bundle (level 3 hostess gift), So Saffron & Certainly Celery grosgrain ribbon bundle, Whimsical Words (SAB set), square scallop punch and a Pattern Pack II DSP (level 1 hostess set). Even though Sale-a-bration is over it's always a great time to be joining SU! - so if you'd like a no obligation brochure do contact me & check out my FAQs.

Yes the famous lemon shortcake appeared with Mint Kisses & Easter eggs - so thanks ladies for partying with me.

ESAD Blog Hop - introducing the Two-Step Bird

Good Morning everyone! I hope you’re ready for the ESAD Blog Hop! Better go grab yourself a cuppa as you’ll be hopping for a while! There are 26 demos taking part in this plus this may possibly be my biggest blog post ever.

You should have arrived here from Karen Dillon's blog.

I've decided to showcase the Extra Large Two-step Bird Punch as I just couldn't put it down, any thing that looked like a scrap was punched and I have containers of punched out pieces - so when life gets more saner I'm going to have a go at making some tulip cards with the "wing-piece".
This punch is so easy to use & it clicks together for more compact storage.

One of these designs is one of the make n' takes that the lucky attendees at my launch party tonight will be creating to take home with them.

These are a few of the prototypes I experimented with along the way:

and then yesterday was my birthday & I even received bird cards in the letter box!

From my friend & now downline Judy Beetson a beauty also showcasing the top note die which we finally have.

and from my dear friend Jeanetta - I now know what she was doing picking up all those scraps from my table the last time she had a play with me (that lovely DSP she's used is one of our newly released ones Autumn Harvest).

If  you've had enough of birds & my ramblings fly away to Kari Hughes blog  for lots more inspiration.

Thanks for popping in - do leave a comment as there will be a blog candy draw for any hardy person that leaves a comment on everyone's blog in the hop (unfortunately not open to SU! demos but you're welcome to leave a comment of course) one lot to be won in NZ & one in Australia as well. If you get back to here & have left a comment on EVERYONE'S blog please e-mail Sharlene & let her know & she'll put you in the draw - good luck & happy hopping!

But demos we have a better prize for you - what is ESAD you say?

ESAD stands for Extra Special Australian (and New Zealand) Demonstrators and it is an online group just for Australian and New Zealand demonstrators for Stampin’ Up!

We so love what we do and not only do we love to share it with our customers, friends and wonderful blog visitors but we share our love for what we do with each other as Demonstrators. Autumn-Winter Mini Launches tomorrow & my first blog hop

I think I can say I speak for all demonstrators in NZ & Australia when I say we're so excited about the launch of our new Autumn-Winter mini catalogue tomorrow. It's bigger than previous ones (32 pages) and it's sensational!

For those that blog hop I'm sure you're aware of what the new products are but in no particular order we're getting:
  • new in-colours
  • the BIG SHOT!
  • choice of wood mounted or unmounted RUBBER stamps
  • new style of punches (which clip together to save space)
  • new hostess sets
  • and obviously new stamps, designer papers & ribbons
So do check back tomorrow as well as being able to see the link to the online catalogue  I'm taking part in a BLOG HOP with other fabulous demos from ESAD so you'll see the new products being used.

The blog hop starts at 8am Sydney time - so do join me at 10am kiwi time 1st April.

As we count down till 10am April 1 let me share with you this sensational calendar that Vicki Were in Christchurch very kindly sent to me for donating some products for her Camp Quality Project

Thanks Vicki totally unnecessary but totally appreciated!
