This is a cool wee project designed by the incredibly talented Anabel Welch. She's modified a pull treat to create a delightful gift bag for a small cook book. It's created from one piece of DSP - Stampin' Up!'s designer paper is a good quality weight & perfect for this project - it has been trimmed to 12x9". The left over scrap we have used the other side to create the belly band which is embellished how you want.
