Wait for this.....

I'm appearing on the breakfast show tomorrow on TV One at 8.50am to talk about World Card Making Day (official day Saturday Oct 4). Well I can already feel my heart pounding faster - hope I sleep tonight & I can imagine this might be the longest 5 minutes of my life.

I'll report back tomorrow night how it went...........................

PS my WCMD event is tomorrow night pop in any time after 6pm (- 9pm) to make a card or two & in my case maybe something to sooth the nerves!

Update from me: I enjoyed the event though a really scary thing - felt like sitting an exam again, interestingly the butterflies disappeared as soon as I walked into the building - it was huge, so much to see!

Now if I could just get someone to do my hair & make up everyday that would be awesome.

For those that didn't see the show my segment was about 5 minutes long & we made my citrus Tart & Tangy combo using Pumpkin Pie & Summer Sun as I thought that was "easy" and colourful. And it wasn't the longest 5 minutes of my life but the quickest!

Well WCMD over for me - what a day - will post my cards soon.

You can see me on the TV One website at the moment if you missed the show!

  1. Whoooohoo! Are you going to be on tomorrow morning? So should we tune in, or is it pre-recorded? you will have to have a nice bath tonight:-) it will just feel like your first ever workshop! the best thing I got told was that it is normal to feel nervous, and you thrive and feed off it, boy is that true! the best feeling is when you are activley working through your nervousness, you feel so empowered, but hey that's just my ramblings.. Go Girl!!
    God Bless, Lisa Green.
