Happy Birthday Judy

Ohh imagine my shock when I log onto my SBS forum yesterday to see that's it's my dear friend, blogging sister & neighbour Judy's birthday today. It's now late on Sunday night & I need my bed.

Lucky me I have 5 projects sitting in bags for me to create from Saturday's extravaganza in Gordonton.

So thanks Delys & Jennifer - I've used your project - you've saved my bacon & I do hope Judy has a very special day as she certainly deserves it after another bout of chemotherapy & surgery over the past months.

Stampin Up and Eastern Blooms
Stamp set: Eastern Blooms, Short & Sweet
Paper: Taken with Teal, Rose Red, Whisper White, Bali Breeze DSP, Old Olive
Ink: Taken with Teal, Rose Red, Pumpkin Pie
Other: Corner rounder, round tab punch, crop-a-dile, metallic eyelets, hemp twine, Pumpkin Pie & Tempting Turquoise grosgrain ribbon, sticky strip
Technique: Free standing pop up card - view a tutorial on SCS by clicking HERE

The picture (taken at night with my eco light bulbs) does not do this card justice so I hope Judy posts it on HER BLOG.

  1. I'm sure Judy will love the card. It looks great even under eco friendly light bulbs.

  5. Thanks Karen for that lovely card - it's amazing. I did post it but it was a group photo of all the cards, not a close up but I will take another photo and post later.

Now I would not have known you nearly forgot my birthday if you hadn't said anything!!! By the way everyone, Karen also gave me a lovely gift - stamps and DSP paper. Isn't she sweet.

Thanks to everyone else for their best wishes too. Now I'm another year older- oh well!
